Working under the direction of the Manager, Project Financial Management the Project Finance Support Specialist creates and updates external client projects within the financial systems utilizing study information obtained from various sources, including awarded proposals. Additional responsibilities include technical support of project expenditures review and invoice drafting per contracted billing milestones and/or unit payment schedules.

Key Accountabilities - Project Creation
Coordinate with Business Development, Project Financial Analysts and Project Leaders to ensure new awards are properly setup in all financial systems.
Populate project setup interface tools for review by Project Financial Analyst, based on provided pricing tools and contract documentation
In coordination with Business Operations staff and Project Financial Analysts, update project data for project team changes, changes in scope (CIS) and contract signature.
Responsible for the accurate loading of the project setup interface tool to the financial system, as well as load of the pricing tool to specific financial system(s) as appropriate.
Ensure that structure for recording of employee time is properly loaded for each new project.
Review signed contract to ensure accurate billing milestones are included in project setup.
Maintain/update project budgets within relevant tools from post-award onwards including any subsequent changes in scope based on review of contract documentation.
Provide technical support for project close outs.
Establish timesheet reporting capabilities for subcontractors as required

Key Accountabilities - Expenditures/Billing
Upon project setup in financial systems, review project profile to ensure accuracy of header information.
At contract signature, reconcile billing milestones with total contract budget and work with Project Financial Analyst as needed to correct inconsistencies.
Review billing milestones upon each budget change to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Prepare reports of project expenditure items for review by Project Financial Analyst, Project Leader, and others as needed, in preparation for billing on a regular basis.
Create billing events in accordance with contracted milestones or units and per discussion with Project Leader and Project Financial Analyst.
Provide financial tracking and maintenance support to Project Financial Analysts.
Coordinate approval and issuance of invoices through AR Shared Service center.
Provide technical support to Project Financial Analysts to conduct analysis of deferred and unbilled balances on studies.
Perform detailed analyses on project expenditures, as requested by Project Leaders or Project Financial Analysts, by investigating source systems.
Work with Project Financial Analysts to resolve issues with project setups, invoicing errors, etc.
Direct and follow up on AP reclasses and investigate additional information required based on client queries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc queries and reporting to the business; resolve and respond to all queries in a timely manner.
Reconcile and provide billing information to Business Operations upon study closure to ensure accuracy of project close out.
Monitor billing progress against budget and coordinate with Business Operations on changes in scope.
Process timesheets for subcontractors, including validation of invoices against timesheet and contract, and accrual of delayed invoices

The "Jabardasth" Katharnak Comedy Show is a popular Telugu TV comedy show, rated "excellent" among Telugu, broadcast onETV channel, in Andhra Pradesh, India. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) issued online notification and invites application form through online mode at www.ibps.in for the Clerk IV Online Examination held for IBPS Recruitment 2014-15. IBPS will hold Common WrittenExamination (CWE) Online Exam for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for recruitment of Clerical Cadre (Clerk) in participating Government Banking's and Organizations. IBPS CWE Clerical Cadre Exam is going to be held in December 2014.Online Registration start from 12th August 2014 and close on 1st September 2014. More Details regarding the IBPS CWE Clerk Crade IV online Examination 2014-15 are as following mentioned below:

BPS CWE Clerk Crade Exam 2014-15 Complete Details:

Exam Name: CWE CLERKS IV Exam 2014-15

Education Required:
Applicant holds the Graduate Degree from a Recognized University with having Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT. Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Age Limit:
Age of the applying candidate should be 20 to 28 Years or candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1986 and not later than 01.08.1994. Upper age relaxation as per the govt rules.

Application Fees:
Candidates need to submit Rs.600/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD/ EXSM candidates. The fee pay through Online or Offline Mode as per their preference.
