Job Description :
1 .Team members participate once or more a day in cadence discussion on team performance.
2. These meetings are typically led by the primary pool manager or Dispatcher.
3. They discuss issues or challenges, and receive trouble-shooting input /advice from other team members.
4. They may also discuss team performance trends. Primary pool team members may also separately interact and exchange information with members of cross-pool teams.
5. Implement medium to complex product upgrades and/or medium to complex security compliance corrections without assistance.
Candidate Profile:
Eligibility:
1. Engineering Graduates (10+2+4), B.E/B.Tech• Knowledge of ITIL
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Ability to work in a team
Additional Information:
1. 24×7 environment. Should be willing to work in Night shift
Required:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. English: Fluent
